It’s time you started spending more time with your customers right now. Your assets. The capital you must have to run a business. No customers, no business, right?

The “pandemic pause” is changing how businesses think and operate. The same goes for your customers. They are rethinking everything. Including why they are doing business with you. You need to be in on their rethinking efforts. You seriously do.
