William Porter, President and CEO

William Porter is a veteran customer experience executive who has assisted many top global companies over the years including UPS, McKesson and Kronos among many others.  

Further, he served as an executive with divisions of both Ernst & Young and McKesson.  

Porter is responsible for strategy implementation and future vision for PCI plus company public relations. His forward – facing articles and research are published regularly on popular social platforms like LinkedIn and several others. 

Porter has authored three best-selling business books about customer experience and holds degrees from both Rice University and Auburn University. He has lived in Latin America and worked internationally in several countries in the Middle East. 

He served early in his career as an intelligence officer in the Navy. 

William Porter currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia.

Leslie Gilbert, Chief Digital Officer

As Chief Digital Officer (CDO) for PCI, Les directs and oversees all digital initiatives and systems, social platform implementations and digital marketing strategy efforts at the company. 

Having been with PCI for numerous years, Les is a graduate of Nyack College in New York City. 

 Over the years, he has worked with numerous Fortune 500 clients including Cartier and Estee Lauder, among many others.

Ala Yakteen, Social Platform Manager

A graduate of George Mason University in Washington, D.C., Ala has been with PCI for several years now. In addition to serving as a Social Platform Manager and Senior Consultant for Customer Experience on numerous projects, she brings high level journalism and communications skills to the company. 

She additionally serves as project lead for new and future technology research for use at PCI. This includes technologies such as 5 G, Predictive Analytics and A I. 

Ala also serves as a digital marketing consultant at the company and has been active with several prominent non – profit organizations over the years.

Noah Reyes, Director, Customer Experience Consulting

Noah brings multiple years of customer experience background to PCI. Previous to joining the company, he worked in both the hospitality and retail industries where he directed several customer-facing operations.   

As Director of all Customer Experience consulting at PCI, Noah is responsible for managing multiple client engagements plus overseeing quality control of data output. He additionally interacts daily with clients for ongoing projects. 

Finally, Noah leads PCI’s efforts at Primary Research into NextGen Customer Experience trends around the coming New Impact Economy based on CEO William Porter’s new book, “The Coming New Impact Economy”, to be published this year. 

Noah is a graduate of Georgia State University and lives in Atlanta.
