PORTER CUSTOMER INSTITUTE announced yesterday the publication by CEO William Porter of a new Article on popular social platform LinkedIn entitled "The New Talent ( Employees): Your Eyes and Ears for these Times", an excerpt of which is provided below.

Recent research finds that Millenials – 30-somethings – will make up 30% of the workforce in just 10 years. Even given these Covid 19 times we now inhabit, I recommend you always be on the lookout for the Right Talent. The best performing employees for your organization! 

A key point I’m highlighting here is that satisfied Talent begets satisfied Customers as researchers Heskett and Sasser found back in the 1990’s. Thus having the Right Talent as your eyes and ears can go a long way in keeping a pulse on your Customers! Especially given these uncertain times and competitive marketplace we are in right now. 

Tip. Make Sure as much as Possible the New Employees “Get” Your Company’s Culture. It’s also been proven that say people who count paperclips usually are happiest working for companies who count paperclips. Make sure you know your organization’s Culture (“the way we do things around here”).
